SAM-UP highlights the connections of the past in a photo exhibit.

The Society of Applied Mathematics of University of the Philippines Los Baños (SAM-UP), launched its latest exhibition at the Mathematics Building's lobby in UPLB, last November 5. Shot and printed using traditional darkroom film developing, the exhibit is a collection of photographs showing not only the achievement and facts of the organization through years itself but of the people reminiscing the past and enjoying those achievement now. "Those photos and facts are just some of the achievements of SAM-UP in the past 35 years, " said Martin Angelo Menorca (Event Head). Present in the opening was current residents and affiliates of the organization, Ms. Mary Grace Recreo (Junior Adviser), and some alumni namely Prof. Jonathan Mamplata, Dr. Jomar Rabajante, Sir Alvin Buhat, and Sir Romeo Umali Jr. who are all currently teaching at the university. The exhibit runs from Novemeber 5-8, 2019.
